Nougat Museum 1880 - Madrid

The Museo del Turrón is located underneath the renowned Turrones 1880 store in Madrid.

With the vegetal decoration for this emblematic museum, we wanted to pay tribute to the raw material that gives life to these delicious nougats: the almond. Therefore, we installed almond trees that not only beautify the space, but also serve as a visual and symbolic link to the history and production of the nougat.

The almond trees decorate both the store and the museum, in the form of trees and vines. One of the highlights of our intervention is the transformation of the ceiling of the staircase leading down to the museum. Here, we have completely covered the upper part with vines and almond branches, creating a harmonious atmosphere that invites visitors to immerse themselves in the history of nougat.
