Our work goes far beyond plant creations. At Green+Decorum we conceive each project as an integral process, where each stage -from the initial idea to the final assembly- is taken care of with precision and passion.
We have a specialized team that intervenes in each phase, ensuring a coherent, harmonious and high quality result. We design customized solutions that are born from the dialogue with each client, listening to their needs, understanding their space and respecting its essence.
The fluid collaboration between our departments - design, production, logistics and assembly - allows us to transform each proposal into an exclusive design, thought out in detail to achieve a lasting aesthetic and functional impact.
We do not work with closed catalogs or standard proposals: each order is an opportunity to create something unique.
Advice
We want to help you visualize your project from the beginning. We talk with you about what you want to achieve, analyze the possibilities of materials and installation locations, and propose ideas that fit your tastes, style and space requirements.
What does counseling consist of?
It includes an online or in-person meeting where we share ideas and define a proposal with materials and concrete vegetation. We deliver a final digital montage to visualize the result.
Is there a cost for consulting?
Yes, there is a price for the online consultation and another price for the on-site visit, depending on the location. Both are discounted from the budget if the project is carried out.
Is it necessary to hire a consultant to get started?
No. If you are very clear about what you want, we can go straight to the design.
Or if it's just one element. We make a simple sketch of your space.
Does it include a visit to the project space?
No. It is budgeted separately, and will depend on the location and its distance from Torrent, where we have our offices. It will be deducted from the budget if it is carried out.
Do you work only with companies or also with individuals?
We specialize in commercial spaces such as restaurants, hotels and stores, working for owners or with interior designers and professionals. We also work with individuals on specific projects depending on their size.
Design
Our design team will realize your idea and adjust it to your measurements, materials and budget. We accompany you closely throughout the process, with a designer assigned to work with you and turn your vision into reality.
Is it fully customized?
Yes, we adapt materials, colors, shapes and we also design furniture and exclusive custom-made elements as vegetation supports.
What if I don't have a clear idea?
You can ask for advice, and from there we move on to the design.
Does it include other decorative elements?
Yes, from structures and planters to lamps or furniture, depending on what you need.
Is the design suitable for any space?
Yes, interiors, exteriors, ceilings, shop windows, photocalls, etc. We even work with engineers and carpenters for technical projects.
Manufacturing
Each piece is handcrafted in our workshop. We use natural and sustainable materials such as logs and certified woods, combined with high quality vegetation to create realistic, durable and versatile finishes.
How are the parts manufactured?
Each piece is handmade in our workshop, with a team of craftsmen and craftswomen, fallero artists, welders and other professionals who take care of every detail.
What materials do you use?
We mainly use quality artificial or preserved vegetation, based on plastics, fabrics and trunks from sustainable forests. Sometimes it is the client who provides part of the material and other times we decide together. Everything is worked in our workshop, although if the project requires it, we have specialized external collaborators.
Can I see samples before final production?
Of course. If you need, we can show you examples, finishes, or even prototypes, depending on the type of part.
Can changes be made during the process?
Yes, while working on the samples. Once produced, changes incur an additional cost.
How do you guarantee quality?
With first class materials, an expert team and after-sales service to solve any setback.
Mounting
We take care of transportation, installation and final finishing. We adapt to any location - inside or outside Spain - and work with specialized engineers and collaborators to meet technical requirements or complex assemblies.
What is included in the assembly?
Transport and complete installation in your space, wherever you are.
How long does it take?
It depends on the project, it is agreed with the designer.
Do you make assemblies outside Spain?
Yes, on any continent. We take care of all the logistics.
Can adjustments be made on the spot?
Yes, small adjustments are included, there is a margin included. Major changes require a new budget.
Does it include warranty?
Yes, if there is an error in the installation, we will resolve it after sales (including if it is part of the contract, if it is a change, we will quote again).
What if I don't want assembly?
If your project does not require assembly or you prefer to do it on your own, we will deliver the finished pieces or send them to you if you are outside the peninsula.
After sales
We follow up with you after installation. We make agreed adjustments, resolve unforeseen events and support you to keep your space in perfect condition, even in international projects.
What does the after-sales service include?
It includes everything that happens after the installation: follow-up, resolution of possible incidents, touch-ups if something has not been as you expected, and even occasional visits if we return to work in the same space. We want you to continue counting on our team.
Can I request additional maintenance or adjustments when needed?
Of course. You can always contact us if you need to check, clean or replace something. We adapt to each case.
Does maintenance include replacement of damaged items?
Yes, if any element has deteriorated, we can replace or repair it. We evaluate the cause and offer you the best possible solution.
How long does the after-sales service last after installation?
There is no fixed limit. If it's something related to the installation or the final result, we respond. If it's been a long time, we treat it as a new maintenance, but with the same closeness as always.
Do you make adjustments after installation?
Yes, if you detect something that needs a little touch up or adjustment, you can let us know and we will fix it. We will evaluate if it is on our account or if it is out of the agreed and requires an additional cost.
Exclusivity
We create unique and customized projects. And beyond vegetation, we create furniture, lamps, photocalls, hanging structures and any piece you can imagine. We accompany you with a close and handcrafted treatment, so you can enjoy an exclusive experience in all senses.
What does "exclusivity" mean?
It means that each project is unique and designed from scratch. We do not work with closed catalogs or mass-produced solutions. Sometimes it means traveling to other countries, designing pieces that have never been created before or facing technical challenges. Exclusivity, for us, means unlimited creative freedom.
How do I make sure that the final design will be unique and exclusive?
Because we do not repeat formulas. We have classic creations that fit in many projects, but none of them are identical. Each creation is custom-made, with materials, shapes and solutions designed just for that project. And if you are looking for creativity with exclusivity, we can get something very unique that we have not seen before.
Is everything in the project tailor-made?
Yes, from the structure to the type of vegetation or finishes. We adapt to the space, your tastes and the technical conditions of the site.
Does the exclusivity service include full project management?
Yes, we take care of everything: design, manufacturing, coordination with other suppliers if there are any, transportation, assembly and post-installation follow-up. You just have to enjoy the process.
What does exclusivity show beyond the design?
In the deal. Not only do we create something unique, but we do it with you, by your side. We accompany you throughout the whole process: from the first conversation to the last detail placed. We get involved, we adapt and we solve. This close, almost handcrafted follow-up is also part of what makes us exclusive. Because here you are not a number, you are part of the project.
