Greenery in restaurants is a key element in creating immersive experiences and setting dining spaces apart. At Boracay restaurant in Torrevieja, greenery has been an essential part of the design, complementing the venue’s Asian concept and adding color, texture, and variety to every area, from the outdoor terrace to the most intimate indoor spaces.
Outside, the restaurant’s greenery takes the form of a terrace featuring lush, carefully arranged vegetation, where custom-designed bamboo structures have been used to create natural partitions and shaded areas. A large maple tree dominates the upper terrace, serving as a focal point that lends character, balance, and serenity to the entire space.
The interior layout reinforces the concept of plant-based decor in restaurants through an immersive experience. The entrance is designed as a tunnel leading to a photo op inspired by an Asian market, where products, spices, and plant arrangements on shelves create a scene rich in detail, authenticity, and color.
In each dining room, the restaurant’s greenery is tailored to the specific ambiance. From an elegant Ginkgo biloba tree integrated into one of the tables—a symbol of longevity and balance—to spaces dominated by red tones and warm lighting that evoke a more intimate and sensory atmosphere. Every use of greenery is designed to reinforce the space’s identity and create a cohesive experience.
Even in areas such as restrooms, the use of plants in restaurant decor remains a prominent feature, ensuring aesthetic consistency throughout the establishment and paying close attention to every detail of the customer’s experience.
This restaurant greenery design project stands out for its variety of plant species, colors, and design solutions: trees, green roofs, climbing plants, wall arrangements, planters, and custom structures that transform every corner into a unique visual experience.
In addition, the design is complemented by a carefully curated selection of furniture, a photo booth area, and a themed wall that reinforces the project’s narrative, transporting visitors to an Asian market and turning a visit to Boracay restaurant into a complete experience.
