In Green Decorum we are looking for a fallero artist to join our team. Creative and versatile to be able to create structures that combine technique with aesthetics focused on plant decorations. This is a good opportunity for those with exceptional artistic skills and a passion for fallera technique and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Availability to travel both inside and outside the peninsula depending on the needs of the project.
- Valid driver's license and driving experience for transporting structures and materials.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production team to ensure that structures meet project expectations and concepts.
- Select and work with safe and sustainable materials, including wood, cardboard, and other materials that can be decorated with plant elements such as flowers, plants and foliage.
- Coordinate the installation of structures in events and fixed locations, ensuring their safety and stability.
- Keep abreast of trends in plant decoration and design techniques to maintain innovation in projects.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in the creation of fallera structures and/or artistic sculptures.
- Outstanding artistic skills and the ability to work with a wide range of materials.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas that combine technique with plant decoration.
- Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with designers, craftsmen and other team members.
- Commitment to safety at work and quality in production.
- Risk Prevention Courses: possession of occupational risk certificates or training will be positively valued.
