At Green Decorum, we are looking for a highly skilled and versatileset builderto join our team and take charge of assembling plant decorations. Additional skills in carpentry, welding, electricity, and other related areas are a plus. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in set building and a focus on quality and detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble plant decorations and ensure their correct installation according to the designs defined by the designers.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as building support structures for sets.
- Perform welding tasks when necessary to join metal elements in the assembly of sets.
- Make electrical connections and ensure they work properly on the sets.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure that sets adhere to established concepts and designs.
- Maintain and repair sets as necessary for continued display or reuse in future events.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within and outside the peninsula depending on the needs of the project.
- Valid driver's license and experience driving for the transport of materials and sets.
- Demonstrable experience in assembling a variety of elements, preferably in multiple fields or disciplines.
- Knowledge and skills in carpentry and/or welding and/or electricity.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality in assembly.
- Risk Prevention Courses: possession of occupational risk certificates or training will be positively valued.
