Social sustainability at Christmas: our toast and wishes for 2026

Social sustainability is also about stopping, looking at each other, and sharing. Today, December 24, at Green+Decorum, we celebrated our now traditional Christmas toast with the team, a simple but meaningful gathering. It was a moment to be together, give thanks, and appreciate what unites us beyond work: respect, trust, and pride in belonging to a project that is built between people.

A small gesture that fills the day with meaning

This year, we wanted to add a special touch to this gathering. We decorated the olive tree in the outdoor parking lot and wrote our wishes for 2026 next to it. It was a simple gesture, but one with great meaning: to turn an everyday space into a place of shared excitement and positive energy for what is to come. Each decoration, each message, and each wish has been a way of remembering that small gestures, when done as a team, become great moments.

In the end, what matters is not "decorating a tree," but what it symbolized: making December 24 a day of real closeness. That time together helps us celebrate what we have achieved, look back on everything we have experienced this year, and reinforce a commitment that we want to nurture every day: to continue creating an environment where people are at the center, feel listened to, valued, and part of something worthwhile.

Social sustainability: a key part of how we work

When we talk about sustainability, we are referring to all aspects that it encompasses: economic, environmental, and social. This year has been an important starting point for the company in this regard. Based on an analysis of our current situation, we have set our sights and committed ourselves to continuing to build and evolve, taking these three pillars into account across the board in the way we work.

Social sustainability is an essential branch: it focuses on how we take care of ourselves within the project and how we take care of those who trust us.

At Green+Decorum, we have always believed in the value of people, but this year we wanted to emphasize it even more so that it remains one of our core values. Because a team that cares for each other, listens to each other, and works together achieves better results: in the way we serve, in the way we design, in the quality of our service, and in the experience our customers have. And for us, that is key: taking care of the team and taking care of our customers, with the same attention to detail with which we build each project.

Furthermore, this vision connects with the idea of moving towards a more conscious model that is aligned with global sustainability goals. If you would like more information about this approach, you can consult the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs and Agenda 2030.

Thank you for joining us.

We would like to thank the entire Green+Decorum team for their commitment, dedication, and attitude. We would also like to thank all the people, partners, and customers who trust our team and accompany us on this journey. Thank you for allowing us to continue building and growing together, celebrating what is important and valuing what truly matters: a job well done, closeness, and long-term relationships.
