In many of our projects, artificial vegetation is supported by structures that are as complex as they are invisible at first glance. To bring these structures for decorative installations to life, we rely on a team with whom we share a vision, passion, and precision: Talleres Beadsa. We spoke with them to learn more about how they work, what challenges they face in this type of decorative project, and what it is like to collaborate on installations such as those we develop at Green+Decorum.
Technology and processes
What are the main techniques you use at Talleres Beadsa?
At Beadsa, we combine technology with experience to develop our projects, using both manual and automatic methods in the forming and cutting processes. We are also specialized and certified in welding: SMAW, MIG, MAG, SAW, SPOT, and TIG.
We use quality systems implemented in accordance with ISO standards, verifying the process from the outset with all available technology.
Custom decorative projects

What is the work process like for creating such specific pieces as decorative tree branches?
The client shares their idea with us, and we refine it together until we find a solution that is structurally viable and, at the same time, fulfills the decorative function.
How do you manage large, complex structures, such as the spheres hanging in the Palau de Congressos?
The first thing is to agree on the designer's idea with our construction team. Once we find that balance, we move on to the workshop.
Safety and coordination

How do you ensure the stability of parts in hard-to-reach places or at great heights?
Our engineering department is responsible for calculating and verifying that the project is structurally viable before executing it.
How do you coordinate with designers and decorators to ensure that the structures are both functional and aesthetic?Through constant dialogue. We meet as often as necessary to ensure that everything fits together.
Flexibility and passion for the craft
What do you do when changes arise once manufacturing has begun?
We adapt. Always within reason, but we are flexible and understand that projects evolve.
What are the biggest challenges you have encountered with Green+Decorum?
Each of your projects is a challenge! (laughs) We like to say that you guys "freak out" and we get inside your heads to enjoy it. It's really nice to break out of the industrial routine and connect with the aesthetic side of our work.
Work philosophy
What would you highlight about your work and Talleres Beadsa?
We get involved in every project as if it were for our own home. That's how we work.
Anything else you would like to add?
Yes, when you send us photos of the projects that have already been installed, we are proud to see them and know that we have been part of them.
